Public Traffic Vehicle Monitoring System Design And Research On Dispatching Expert System

In recent years, development of intelligence bus dispatching has brought forward forceful challenge to the tradition handwork bus dispatching. Advanced vehicle monitoring system lead dynamic dispatching becomes true; the union of artificial intelligence and the dispatching is in owing to the dispatching Expert System based on real-time monitoring message. Those to raising public transit assignment control level and public transit passenger transport intellectualized controller have peculiar important significance.This paper based on Beijing Public Traffic Dispatching System, It implements the design of public traffic monitor system and research on Dispatching Expert System. . The system took the advantages of accurate positioning technology and the real-time data transferred channel. It realized the intelligent real-time monitoring, scheduling and management between the buses management center. This paper introduced the research status of Public Traffic Dispatching theory. The principle and structure of public transport monitoring system and Dispatching Expert System are analyzed. And on the basis of analysis, hardware and software design of this system were completed. And then, the key technology of system development is analyzed. The algorithm of message relay and protocol resolution is introduced. According to the characteristics of the knowledge of the bus dispatching area, we design the knowledge model of the Bus Dispatching Expert System—the model of the integration of production rule and object-oriented. Meanwhile we put forward the reasoning model of the system and relating reasoning strategy based on CBR and RBR. Finally, the realization of the system and same examples are introduced.
