| The surge of overhead wires caused by ice- shed is a kind of surge, which happens when the ice sheds from the wires because of the environment's influence. It may be a low frequency, small or large amplitude kind of surge. If the amplitude have achieved a certain extent, Phase flashover and damage to the fitting and supporting structures will happen easily when lasting too long for one time, which makes circuiting cut, wires burned and broken, towers fell and any other casualties. As a result, they bring a great loss of the economy.In this dissertation, the surge equation of overhead wires is derivate by building a disperse cable model of the overhead wires. At the same time, a program of MATLAB is compiled to analyze and simulate the examples, which validates the correctness of the research method used in the dissertation. Then, the process of surge is studied for some type overhead wires, and the rule, influence factors are analyzed. |
