With the rapid development of electrified railways and the increase of transmission voltage level,how to reduce the wear and tear caused by overhead wires during fretting vibration and prolong the service life of wires has become a hot topic.A large part of the loss of transmission lines is caused by the wire vibration caused by the wear and tear between the strands and strands and between the strands and the hardware,and the main factor causing wire wear is the breeze vibration at high frequencies.Therefore,The wear characteristics and self-damping characteristics of damping wire under breeze vibration are of great significance.In this paper,self-damping overhead conductor wire breeze vibration conditions under the self-damping properties and wear characteristics of the paper's main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The self-damping characteristics of self-damping wire and conventional wire were tested based on the method of power forcing.The characterization parameters of wire self-damping characteristic were calculated,including the self-damping power consumption Pc and dynamic bending strain,The results show that the self-damping characteristics of the wire decrease exponentially with the increase of tension,and increase exponentially with the increase of the frequency.The self-damping characteristics of 1mm wire gap is better than that of 0.75mm wire gap.The self-damping characteristic of 36kN pre-tension crimping method is superior to ordinary crimping method;the self-damping characteristic of gap wire is superior to that of conventional non-gap wire;it is proposed that by changing the value of self-damping wire gap and crimping method,Reduce the vibration strength of the wire in the actual environment.(2)The wear morphology and wear size parameters of self-damping and self-damping wires in the same layer and between adjacent layers of strands of wire after fatigue wear test were measured and statistically measured.Since the damping wire suspension clamp the outer layer of aluminum wire wear the most serious degree,followed by the folder exit outer strands,span from the inner wire area;the same layer of aluminum wire contact area wear morphology is long Strip-shaped wear spots,while the adjacent layer of aluminum wire contact area oval-shaped wear spots,aluminum and steel core contact area to produce long axis is much larger than the short axis oval wear spots,intermittent distribution,there are micro-cracks.Wire wear mainly abrasive wear,adhesive wear and fatigue spalling in three forms.Due to the self-damping wire gap,the overall wear of the wire is reduced.Self-damping wire wear resistance than conventional wire.Preservative grease can reduce the wear of the contact area between the inner aluminum wire and the steel core.The anti-wear property of the oil self-damping wire is better than the oil-free self-damping wire.
