The Research On The Coordination Of City Public Trafficnet Which Takes The Rail Transportation As The Backbone

As city transportation questions becoming more and more seriously, many cities are vigorously constructing the rail transit and BRT, thus the city public transportation framework is changed, and the original equilibrium of city public transportation system is broken. Therefore, to integrate the city public transportation resources and display its overall benefit furthest, studying the coordination of city public traffic net which takes the rail transit as the backbone has extremely vital practical significance.Firstly, the research and practice of the public traffic net coordination in domestic and foreign cities are summarized, and unifies the technical and economic characteristics of the three city public transportation ways to carry out the passenger flow analysis and the function localization, then utilizes the system coordination methods based on self-organizing theory, the synergetic theory, the cybernetics and so on, the connotation, the characteristic and the goal of the public traffic net coordination which take the rail transit as the backbone are analyzed from the angles of main body and the level of the coordination. Based on this the coordination pattern of the public traffic net is proposed, and points out that the urban public traffic net coordination can be achieved only if the Rail transit network plan, the BRT network plan, the regulation of the conventional buses based on the Rail transit and the BRT are all realized. Then construct the evaluation index system by the application of the system engineering science and mathematics methods, and quantify the evaluation index, then utilize fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to appraise the public traffic net coordination. Finally, take the public traffic net coordination in main urban area of Chongqing city for example, some theories and methods of public traffic net coordination are further discussed.In the paper,the system coordination thought is introduced to research the city public traffic net. Generally,it analyzes distance between rail transit neighboring stations, transfer hubs and determined methods of conventional public transportation OD sites which based on rail transit and BRT.The paper puts forward a number of theories and methods so as to supervise the development of city public transportation and enhance its core competitive power.
