The builded Songmen and Yong'an port area will be greatly affected by the the Donghaitang reclamation of Wenling and the rebuilding of the Yong'an gate on a new site. Wenling Port occupies an important position in the national economy of Wenling. With the continuous economic development of the Wenling, the throughput of Wenling port keep on rise standingly. With the unique marine and coastal location conditions, and the large-scale expansion of the port handling capacity of the Ningbo, Jiaxing, and other areas, the project may become a large distribution and transport port of these area. Therefore, the reconstruction of the new Wenling Port has been imminent. The new Wenling Port will improve the investment environment and promote the economic development of the hinterland. It will get a better social and economic benefits.The Longmen port being constructed is located at a distance of 1. 2km from east south of the Hengmenshan Island, which is on the east north of Longmen Byland. This port belongs to Songmen Town of Wenling City. The port is designed with three berths of 1000 ton, one berth of 500 ton (structure also considers 3000 ton), as well as corresponding land territory and necessary facility and the port road.This project almost includes all factors of coastal high-pile wharfs, such as, the incoming road , the land dump site, the warehouse, the trestle bay, the wharf platform, the office building and other facilities for production and live. Based on the design for wharf structure and land facilities of Longmen port project in Wenling city, as well as the construction natural condition and the project periphery conditions, this paper analyzes the plan scheme of Longmen port consisting of the plan idea, the structure design and the structure analysis. The main calculating and analysis processes are presented. The effect factors of structure design are also commented based on the new corrected design standards by the Chinese Ministry of Communication. In the plan scheme, the practical conditions are well considered. And different methods are used to meet the requirement of the project. Thus the project investment is saved.
