In this paper, based on the data of the actual project of pile test, the process of pile test is simulated by using FLAC3 D. After the this model as a standard, respectively, to change the model of load, ultimate bearing force and boundary condition of the model, focuses on them between the pile axial force and pile side friction resistance, pile settlement on the top and the bottom and the pile body compression. This method overcomes the laboratory test is not good at simulating the problem of pile test. The contents are as follows:(1)The basic concepts and research status of piles are summarized.(2) Based on the data of FLAC3 D and actual engineering test pile, the loading process of pile is simulated. The feasibility of the simulation is proved.At the same time, the pile axial force, pile side lateral frictional resistance, pile top settlement, pile bottom settlement and pile body compression are also obtained. The variation law of the whole test pile is discussed.(3) To change the pile ultimate bearing force. Giving the load to the pile top settlement as 40 mm, then, discusses the relationship of the axial force, side friction resistance, pile top settlement and pile settlement on the bottom and the pile body compression.(4) The boundary condition of the test pile model is changed, the stress and strain data obtained from the model are compared and analyzed.According to these data, the relevant information is provided for the future design and researchers.
