With the acceleration of urbanization in China,precast piles are widely used in engineering.In this paper,the main factors that affect the floating of precast piles in the process of pile sinking in the saturated soft clay area are described:(1)the influence of pile placement rate;(2)the influence of stratum geology;(3)the influence of pile sinking rate and intermittent period;(4)the influence of pile sinking process sequence.At the same time,through theoretical analysis,four technical measures are put forward to prevent the floating of precast piles.However,in practical engineering,because of the short construction period,the adverse effect of this factor is often ignored.The failure cases of precast pile sinking in a large number of saturated clayey soil areas fully prove that in the saturated soft clayey soil area,if the design,construction and other links are not paid enough attention,the prevention measures taken are not in place,the probability of large-area floating pile phenomenon of precast pile is very high,which seriously affects the construction quality.Through a large number of successful or failed case studies,after the floating phenomenon of the prefabricated pile occurs,the damage degree of the floating to the structure of the prefabricated pile itself and the surrounding soil structure should be determined first.According to the different damage degree,the reasonable reinforcement treatment scheme should be adopted in time to reduce the economic loss caused by the floating as much as possible,reduce the further expansion of the floating pile disaster,and ensure the construction of the project Further development of the project.In order to effectively prevent and control the hazards of prefabricated piles floating in saturated soft soil layer,in the early stage of structural design,the pile foundation distribution coefficient should be reasonably selected;in the construction preparation stage,the influencing factors of prefabricated piles floating should be carefully analyzed,sufficient and effective prevention measures should be taken,and the information monitoring scheme meeting the construction needs should be prepared;in the actual construction process,it should be strictly in accordance with the The implementation of the construction organization design scheme and the established monitoring scheme shall be observed by information technology,and the observation data results shall be fed back in time to prove the effectiveness of the established prevention and control measures.In case of any abnormality,the optimization design and construction parameters shall be analyzed and adjusted in time to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the project.After a large number of practical projects,an observation device for real-time monitoring the floating degree of prefabricated piles is developed,and a relatively complete set of information floating pile observation technology is developed.Through the field test and example verification,it is determined that the real-time observation technology of prefabricated pile floating up can provide timely and effective data support for the construction of prefabricated pile sinking.The test technology has high sensitivity and can directly reflect the specific floating pile situation.The use of this observation method can effectively guide the construction of prefabricated pile sinking and avoid the loss caused by blind construction.The feasibility and applicability of the observation technology are verified through specific tests and cases,which provides valuable reference for the follow-up similar project construction. |
