Nowadays, saving energy become the subject of the society developing and technology progressing. Our work takes the"torque converter experiment system"of LuoYang tractor factory as the background. The work's main aim is to solve the energy saving problem of the AC drive experiment system.Transmitting test-bed is an experimental platform which is used to test transmitting device of comprehensive performance, it can simulate working environment of transmitting device, evaluate and verify its performance.In recent years,in company with engineering industry, especially automotive industry developing at very fast speed and impetuosity international competition,there are more and more transmitting motion test bed application, that can be used to test the hydraulic torque converter, belt, chain drive shaft and even the efficiency and life-test etc. In order to product design and quality evaluation providing a reliable scientific basis, shorten the product development cycle, improve product quality, product adaptation small quantity and variety trend of development. Therefore, transmission test-bed need further study.The state's eleven-five program attaches great to "energy conservation". China's technological level, management level and economic structure is relatively extensive, there is a tremendous potential for energy conservation. It requires constant energy innovation, with Chinese characteristics of a savings-type development. Study of the research of the test-bed has been greatly improved, it will be very meaningful to energy-saving.What this paper mostly research is transmitting motion test bed. It is an important application example of boost principle. In the paper, structure and the composition of energy-saving test-bed, and principle of energy-saving have a detailed analysis. From the simulation results, we can see that main factors can impact on energy saving effect of the test-bed, generators lateral excitation voltage, off time of PWM and it's cycle time(T), inductance(L) and resistance in the circuit. In the testing process can be drawn. Excitation voltage changes, the off-time of PWM changes and inductance L of the size are consistent with simulation results.Because test-bed own restrictions, the cycle of PWM can not change, only do theory analysis. In addition, since restrictions of electrical test equipment and closed-loop control structures can not achieve higher-speed test, effect of saving energy is not perfect and need further improvements.Its main research content is two parts: theory of boost frequency and regenerative braking. The former is the key. It will solve the low voltage feedback to high voltage. The later is applied in the test-bed, avoided a direct exchange of feedback circuit. Through mediating generator excitation voltage, off-time of PWM, and the size of inductor to achieve energy feedback. Mainly through mediating these parameter to achieve energy feedback, regulation method is simple, but the energy saving effect is very positive. Through the test, we can see that the energy saving effect is more than 10 percent in general, more than 25 percent in high-speed. AC variable frequency energy saving effect is about 50 percent. It proves that my design is reasonable.This paper adopt the way from theory to practice,then from practice to theory, adjointing the theory and the practice. In the theory, established the test bed theoretical math model and simulation,found the major factor that impact the energy-saving test-bed and did analysis. In the practice,connected circuit and debugging to the test-bed according to design model, mediated kinds of parameter of test-bed, noted experimention data. Then compared test data with simulation result. Improved continually test and verified the simulation model. Finally, summarized the feature and the rule of the test bed's energy conservation..This study as follows:1. Introduce transmission test-bed's history, development status, system framework of test-bed, energy-saving technology of energy-saving test-bed and status. Finally, bring forward specific content that the paper will research.2. Study the key technology: Energy feedback. Boost frequency and regenerative braking and the principle of circuit.3. The result of boost frequency and regenerative braking are used to research saving-energy principle.4. Applied mainly vector control. Vector control is used to control AC motors.5. To test method that this paper proposed, simulate, test and analysis parameters.6. Point out a new energy-saving regenerative braking method.7. Lastly, point out needing further in-depth study and giving some advices to solve the problem that we meet in the test.
