Transmitting motion test bed is used test over-all properties of transmission device, it can simulate working environment of the driving device, evaluate and verify its over-all properties.In recent years,in company with engineering industry, especially automotive industry developing at very fast speed and impetuosity international competition,there are more and more transmitting motion test bed 'application ,it become one of the most application for universal gearing and become one of the most importent machine unit,it is useful for torque converter's test,strap, chain drive and junction box's efficiency as well as exhaustive test and so on. Such test bed can also proceed load test to mechanical device such as counter gear, transmission case and direct current motor of heavy duty.In company with science developing,technological advances, the drive,means,carrying capacity of transmitting motion test bed have a big rapid develop, people brought more exacting requirements for the product performance and product quality. Hereby, the researching of the transmitting motion test bed possess special important meaning.As test bed developing ,electricity foursquare test bed has already taken up predominance gradually,it possess mechanical type and open type,it can reduce dissipation of energy,its test datas are stable,and it can work safely, wide adaptability, its structure is simple, loading and unpacking conveniencely.Nowadays,energy conservation is a large subject of social development and advance of science-technology.The state's eleven-five program plunge large funds to "energy conservation".Energy source inefficiency is the prominence contradiction of restricting the development of our state's economy and social. it has no means of solveing energy problems basically, simplicity relying increasing energy source construct unless advancing energy efficiency. These demand energy source innovation incessantly,walking out a economy type road whitch possessesChinese feature. Whereas,this subject'test bed no other than improves on energy conservatio,it has major content at electric power energy conservation.What this paper mostly discuss is the power saving research for transmitting motion test bed .Via the voltage boosting theory useing in test bed,regarding DC-AC inverter as controllable switch. In this way, utilizing voltage boosting theory,promoting voltage of electric generator's side,then there will be feedback electric current go back to prime motor.It advances the efficiency of energy conservation,and it reduces the waste of energy source.This paper establish,tidy,and summarize the theory background and different kinds of gist and principle of preferences for this energy conservation test bed. Via adjustting and doing test incessantly,making the foundation for this energy conservation test bed's further devising,development and exploitation.This paper adopt the way that from theory to practice,then from practice to theory,adjointing the theory and the practice.In the theory aspect,established the test bed 'theoretical model,did emulation,found the major factor whitch impact the energy-saving of test bed,and then did the theoretical analysis.Then proceeded the analyzing and comparison with the actual experimental data, did the demonstration for the theory analyses. In the practice aspect,did the construction and debugging to the test bed 'hardware, ascertain the effect of the test bed's energy conservation, measured different kinds of parameter of the test bed, measured the essential datas of the test bed in the condition that different rejoining method,different parameter,different speed. Then proceeded demonstration to the theory analyzing and emulation using measured real data, summarized the feature and the rule of the test bed's energy conservation via the measured data.This paper majorly investigative content as follows:(1) Constructing and debugging the test bed, ascertain the energy conservation effect of the test bed, and mensuration different kinds of basic parameter of the test bed, lie the foundation for theoretic data analysislie.(2) First of all, taking out the contravariant part of the test bed.Observing whether it still has feedback electric current, whether it still could load without contravariant, marking different kinds of datas,and analyze the causing. Secondly , taking out the part of feedback current, reserving the inversion part,then loading, measuring substantive datas at different velocity , comparison with this test bed'senergy conservation, summarizing this test bed's energy conservation feature and predominance.(3)Making the analytical study to the selecting principle of the inductance, utilizing voltage boosting theory,it could realize the voltage boosting via inductance's stored energy, so it need to make the analytical study to inductance's selecting principle and the position in the system.(4)Analyzing the major factor of impacting system energy conservation effect. Besides DC-AC inverter trigger delay corner and electric generator flux,there are other intricacy factors such as feedback base current which can brought impact to the energy conservation effect.(5)In consideration of some kind of factors of impacting system energy conservation,ascertaint the mathematical relationship of DC-AC inverter's trigger delay corner and electric generator flux with switching time, establishing the mathematical model of the system, and proceed verify check at test bed.(6)Work out the two-direction reversible block diagram of system.(7)Proceeding the measurement of different kinds of characteristic curve for the test bed, satisfaction the requirement of the practical project.(8)Making a lot of experiment to test bed via knowning the performance of the test bed, summarizing the feature and rules of test bed energy conservation, ascertain different kinds of parametric selection principle of the test bed,making the foundation for the devising,development and exploitation of the test bed fartherly.
