| DC driving experiment table is used to test, evaluate and prove the performance of the mechatronics system, beside that it can simulate the work condition of the mechatronics system. Nowadays, the driving experiment table is become the main component to test the common drive and the mechatronics system. As the development of the technology, the drive system has changed a lot in the method, the way and the load. Now,We call for the system of better performance and quality.Nowadays, saving energy become the subject of the society developing and technology progressing. Our work takes the"torque converter experiment system"of LuoYang tractor factory as the background. The work's main aim is to solve the energy saving problem of the DC drive experiment system.Through the analysis and comparison of some typical plan, the technology of DC boost, PWM, transistors are used in this paper to implement the feedback of the energy. The diode is used to construct the non-controlled rectifier which can reduce the reactive power, and improve the power factor. Technology of DC boost is used to get the circuit which feedback to the motor. And this method can circularly use the feedback energy, which can get our aim of saving energy. Beside that, the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) was used in our plan, this will smooth the circuit, it can also use fewer components and low the cost. So we can through choose the suitable component of the system, to save more energy. The energy feedback is in the internal of the experiment system, so there isn't circuit which feedback to the grid. It doesn't have bad effect to the grid too. As to the bidirectional drive, we only need to attain this through adding some component such as on-off, inductance.The configuration and the theory of the experiment system were introduced in the paper. Beside that, the math model of the system was constructed. The simulation and the analysis of the result were done when two important factor -----excitation voltage of the motor M 2, the open time of the VT2 . The comparison of different result which used different method was also done. Our paper also investigates the inductance L and the control period of the PWM, from this we know the relationship between these factors and the degree of saving energy. Andwe give a method of how to let the system run in a high speed, this is decrease the width of the pulse. This method will make less use of the inductance, and make sure the value of the inductance doesn't change when the system is in the low or high speed. Because the pulse width can't be adjusted in our experiment system, the result is analyzed only in theory. The practical analysis will be study in future.For prove the availability and to save more energy, except the simulation experiment, the practical experiment is also done in our work. In the condition of system is safe, we first series connect a small-value inductance. Through adjust the excitation voltage of the motor M 2, the open time of the VT2 , the results of different speed are shown in the paper. The result shows that the system has good performance of saving energy. And the result is nearly fit to the theory analysis. Moreover, some phenomenon appeared in the experiment are analyzed in the paper. In the case of series connect a small-value inductance, when the motor run in a high speed, the system may appear over-current. It's not good to give the load. In the case of use the large-value inductance, the result of saving energy is much better than before. The rate of feedback circuit and the practical need circuit is in the range of 40%-50%. It's mean that we can save half of the energy. When the system run in the low or middle speed, the degree of saving energy is much better than in the high speed, it can reach 66.7%. The practical experiments prove that the theory analysis that make on the inductance effect to the system is right.At last, in the foundation of the practical study, in the aspect of energy, we compared the experiment result to the simulation and the result of several typical systems. From that, we have the conclusion that our experiment system has good performance in saving energy and our work is useful to the practical energy saving project.Because the limitation of the component's capacity, our experiment is only fit for the small or middle power system. But as the development of the component, this type of system will have better application and development. |
