Guizhou Province Socialist New Countryside Village Renovation Study

On the Fifth Plenary of the Sixteenth Central Committee, Chinese Communist Party set up the great historic task of moving forward thoroughly to build up new socialist countryside. This is a great strategic arrangement made, pursuant to the requirement of the Scientific Outlook on development, in order to implement the general plan of balancing Urban and Rural development. To build up new socialist countryside, the tasks are both grand and strenuous, especially for Guizhou province with relative poor natural conditions and relative backward economic and social development, the tasks are more arduous.Actively promoting the new socialist countryside construction of Guizhou province, affects not only the well-being of 28 million farmers, but also the procedure of sustainable and stable development of whole provincial economy and society. In consideration of Guizhou current rural status, putting great effort to village renovation, in order to improve the infrastructure construction of Guizhou province countryside, and change the"uncleanness, disorderliness, inferiority"appearance of Guizhou province countryside, developing countryside sight-seeing, and increasing living level of farmers in combination with the unique natural resources advantages of Guizhou province, will motivate tremendously the thorough building-up of Guizhou province new socialist countryside.This paper, based on the research and analysis of abundant data and relative study practices, using comparative research approach to make a relatively detailed analysis and discussion of rural construction of Korea and Japan, on the foundation of investigating the current status of Guizhou province rural construction, analyzes the problems existing in village renovation of Guizhou province and important roles of village renovation played in new socialist countryside construction of Guizhou province, expounds comprehensively the main work of Guizhou province village renovation, analyzes the technical details of implementing Guizhou province new socialist countryside village renovation, and concludes the performances and problems in the work of Guizhou province village renovation, put forwards the points that taking the Guizhou province new socialist countryside construction as a breakthrough, connecting village renovation and Guizhou countryside tourism resources advantage together, to walk out a road of new socialist countryside construction with Guizhou characteristics and to raise the living level of farmers.
