Traffic demand forecast include two parts: one is the demand forecast of high speed railway station; the other is traffic demand forecast of the planning area. The right traffic demand forecast is a necessary factor for the planning.After finishing the traffic demand forecast, there is particular analysis of the traffic joint planning on the area. The analysis of the planning is two parts: one is macroscopically analysis and the other is microcosmic analysis. The macroscopically analysis focuses on the orientation of the planning, the planning principle and the balance between the traffic supply and demand. The factors above are critical problems of the planning which are definitely the key to the success. The microcosmic analysis is the specific analysis of the planning which includes the structure of the joint traffic, distribution of joint traffic and so on. The research on the factors above is very important for the judgment of the planning. In the end of thesis, the traffic join planning of the Shahebao station is taken as an example.
