With the rapid development of national economy and advance in science and technology,the life cadence is more faster,the people hope trip time is shortened to increase efficiency,so develop high speed railway is necessity direction.By far,speed has increased for six times in our country,speed has be increased in the sixth time on April. 18 of 2007,the speed has be increased to 200 kilometres per hour on the main line and to 250 kilometres per hour on the local line.As one of the most important necessary part of high speed locomotive,the bogie frame's property has significant impact on running quality and safety of locomotive. To reduce dynamical effect between bogie and railway, on the premise of ensure adequate static strength and fatigue strength,frame should be ligtened.The large-scale and general finite element software-ANSYS is employed to analyse the frame of high speed AC drive C0-C0 locomotive Bogie by FEA.According to the analytical results, the static stress and fatigue stress of frame are checked in the criterions of UIC615-4: motive power unit-Bogies and running gear-Bogies frame structure strength tests.At the same time,the mode analysis of frame is made. Structure parameter is optimized, on the premise that strength is ensured,frame weight is ligtened 4.4%,to increse dynamics performance of bogie by reducing the mass of spring.
