| This text researched the control systems of the air compressor, which were used in the industry production widely.The control of the general air compressor adopts an action of the pneumatic pressure valve to control the pressure of the compressor system, but this text used the numeral servo-system , which mainly is a numeral type electronics apparatus. The numeral type electronics adjustor regulated the openings of the butterfly valve to change the in-flowing area of the screw compressor ,which accordingly made the pressure of the compressor system keep the stabilityThe numeral type electronics adjustor was made up of the enlarging board of driving power with synchronization electromotor. the enlarging board of driving power mainly supplied the eletricity power which is needed by the driving synchronization electromotor.The controlling board measured the actual pressure of the compressor system by the pressure sensor , and compared the actual pressure with setting pressure, and there was a different value, which produces an angle displacement control ing signal by the revolve magnetic field by performing the tailing arithmetic after the SCM cpu run. The signal was transformed electric current pulse signal of synchronization electromotor relevantly, which produced an angle displacement control ing signalby the revolve magnetic field in synchronization electromotor relevantly, So as to control circumvolve angle of the rotor, and regulated the openning angle of the butterfly valve finally, which can keep pressure stability of compressor system. Adopting the numeral servo-system, the product has the characteristics with compacted construction, sensitive action, good reliability, perfect autocontrol etc. |
