Scheduling is a form of decision-making which plays an important role in manufacturing as well as in service systems. In competitive business environment of new economy, firms have to meet customer demands through efficient use of their resources, thus effective and efficient scheduling becomes a necessity for modern business.Production scheduling is the foundation of manufacturing system, and its optimization is the core technique of the advanced manufacture and the modern management.The author researches the single machine scheduling system on the following aspects in detail:1. Basic research object of Single machine scheduling problem analyzed, a number of common intelligent algorithm for shop scheduling study problems cited2. Single machine scheduling process of integration on the basis of different scheduling objectives, the establishment of the corresponding mathematical model. Use the "branch and bound," "dynamic programming" algorithm, respectively: Total weighted completion time, the maximum delay time, Delays number of tardy time issue a preliminary analysis and evaluation.3: Enterprise actual production, the arrival of the workpiece, the processing time is not determined, machinery random situation, the multi-target Flexible Scheduling on the basic issues.4. The combination of Foshan optoelectronic enterprises are given the solution of specific problems workshop production application examples, and the scheduling strategy of scheduling optimization.5. The enterprise production management systems were added and functional performance optimization, which makes the system in the workshop production scheduling management more powerful, higher user satisfaction.On the base of summarizing the dissertation, the developing prospect of single machine scheduling system is put forward in the end.
