Research On Enterprise Value Management Based On Financial Flexibility Strategy

Today’s society is developing rapidly,and the operating environment of enterprises is full of huge uncertainties.In 2015,the global economic growth slowed down,the international trade situation was tense,and industry competition became increasingly fierce.Enterprises faced many challenges of transformation and upgrading.At the same time,the advancement of the “Made in China 2025” and “Belt and Road” strategies has brought new opportunities for enterprise development.The coexistence of challenges and opportunities,the strategic transformation and upgrading of enterprises and the grasp of investment opportunities have all put forward higher requirements on the financial resources of enterprises.In recent years,research on the application of financial flexibility theory has flourished.The relationship between financial flexibility and corporate value has also become a hot issue for scholars.This paper selects Gree,a leading enterprise in the home appliance industry,as the research object and adopts a case analysis method.Based on the summary of previous research results,this paper analyzes Gree’s corporate value management based on financial flexibility strategies.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects: Firstly,introduce the current implementation of Gree’s financial flexibility strategy,and analyze Gree’s financial flexibility strategy from four aspects: implementation background,strategic motivation,main content,and implementation effect.The analysis found that Gree has a stable and high level of financial flexibility,and the implementation of its financial flexibility strategy has reserved sufficient financial resources for the company’s future business development.Secondly,analyze the corporate value management activities of Gree under the financial flexibility strategy from 2014 to 2018,evaluate the effect of its corporate value creation,explore the role of financial flexibility strategies in promoting corporate value in corporate value management activities.By summing up the successful experience of enterprise value management under Gree’s financial flexibility strategy,we can find that Gree can improve the level of financial flexibility management by optimizing the debt structure,improving the efficiency of asset management,flexibly using financial strategy and enhancing strategic investment.In the enterprise value management activities,the value of the enterprise is effectively improved by reasonably reserving or releasing the financial flexibility of the enterprise.Finally,it puts forward related suggestions on corporate value management from the perspective of financial flexibility,with a view to providing some reference and reference for managing financial flexibility and enhancing corporate value.
