In the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, 120 km/h70 ton universal wagon will run all around our country.In this paper, the wagon's dynamic stress is got by using the dynamometer bloster and the data acquistion system. the carbody's vertical, lateral and torsional load is identified by combining the quasi-static method.A typical road conditions,Shuangqiaos-dongmiaohe which attached to the Beijing Railway Bureau,is chosen for the test. Maximum speed on passing curve is 100 km/h. The contents of this paper can be summerized as follows:1.Dynamometer Bolster and dynamic stress test. Dynamometer bolster was producted, static strength was analysed, static calibration and dynamic stress test was also introduced.2. Load identification. On the basis of dynamic stress measurement ,by using the quasi-static method, the wagon's center plate vertical load, center plate extra moment, the carbody's side roller load and reverse load was identified.3. Load spectrum. The identified load time-history's load peak and valley values selection, wavelet processing, rains flow counting and non-injury cycle processing was done before workout the load spectrum. At last the environmental events load spectrum which is meet projecy requirement was done.4. Main factors. The wagon's main load impact factors were studied, and a typical statistics were made. The effect that was made to vertical load and lateral load by wagon when running on different speeds and passing through the rail switch and curve is discussed. A representative load information was statisticed.5. Maximum load's statistical deduction. Maximum load play a great impact on fatigue damage.For a certain statistical laws data, through a finite sample, the distribution fitted function could be got by using mathematical statistics.Combine probability calculation method ,the maximum load can be inferred. And the amplification factorλof all segments was analysed briefly.6. Damage checking. To prove the load spectrum testing and research is correct, our load spectrum and AAR wagon load spectrum which 90.7 tons of high-sided wagon linear is transformed to 70 tons, the accumulated fatigue damage amount were compared under the same mileage.
