Though hydraulic transmission has been developing for just a few years, it has so many advantages that has already been applied to various kinds of machineries and some weaponries extensively. Its advantages includes stepless speed regulation on a large scale, easy output of very great force and torque, easy realization of over loading protection and lubricating itself etc.In order to decrease the research period of weapons and increase their quality, dependability and ability for integrated supporting capabilities, The Commission of Science , Technology and Industry for National Defence consider the modularization as a basic policy to develop the technology and weapons of national defence since 1990's.This dissertation synthetically applies ideas and techniques like CAT, multi-control, information processing and modularization to the application of hydraulic system test. Modularization and designs of hydraulic integrated block have been used in the multi-function hydraulic testing platform, which can increase the utilization of the platform. All the operations that users need to do are just alternate blocks and modules if they want to extend the function of the platform to adapt the new requirement.Two independent control modes are used to control all the control elements of the platform so that the dependability of the control and the convenience of operation can be improved. The multi-functional hydraulic testing platform choose the current controlling proportional pump as supporting pump. When the card receives the signals which the operator input through program, it gives the proportion of the variational pump to the magnet so that the control power on the piston can be alternated, at the same time, the computer can realize the automatic regulation of the flux through PID control. The parameters of testing system, such as pressure, flux, rev and torque, are obtained by high-quality pressure sensor, flux sensor, rev sensor and torque sensor. The test data is transferred to the computer through the multi-function I/0 card and the computer will analyze, process, display and store the data.The platform has used high-power electromotor and transducer as its drive resource and there are many sensor in the I/O ports of the hydraulic pump and platform, so the electromagnetic field leaked out by electromotor influence the function of the sensor badly. So attention must be paid on how to make the system work harmoniously (such as avoid the EMI among signals).
