Abstract/Summary:
The paper master the research situations and the new development home and abroad of this problem according a lot of international and home documents. Through many tests and theoretical research, this paper studies the aggregate, soil mixture base mechanics parameter, big and small triaxial test for the mixture shear property, the frost destroy mechanism, the factors to its' water stability and its inflation with the time , which has an important reality significance .Thorough research the bearing capacity of the aggregate base course with non-linear model, and compare this theory with elastic layer system theory. The result show that the non-linear theory in this paper has an preferably theory value. The production of this paper has some reference value to the research of road surface. The research of this paper has an import reality value in nature aggregate subbase-course. The main content and results are as fellowing:1. The gradation, chemistry ingredient of the aggregate.2. Confirm the base mechanics parameters of the aggregate, soil mixture, which has different gradation and different ration. This base mechanics parameters are: optimum water content, optimum maximum dry density, shear strength value internal consistency and internal friction angle, elasticity model, compress strength and CBR.3. Machining and using big size apparatus, through the tests of different size samples, analyses the dimension effect to the intension parameters.4. Analyses the compress characteristic, concretion mechanism of the mixture, and confirm the according parameters.5. Analyses the strength parameters with one sample moreσ3 in big size triaxial test, and put out the failure criteria of the test.6. Analyses the factors to the strength parameters of the big size triaxial test.7. Analyses the factors to the stability and frost destroy mechanism of the mixture.8. Through the LH model, Analyses the relation between model of resilience and major, minor principle stress. Analyses behave of the pavement when the base, sub-base has different parameters. Compare the difference of the LH model and elastic layer system theory.
