This paper first analyses the marketing management information systemwhich was self-developed by the branch power supply companies in Heilongjiangprovince. The system was distributed and the management of data, security androutine were maintained by the branch companies. The application of the systemstandardized the marketing business processes and all the related jobs; however,the provincial corporation could not regularly manage and supervise themarketing business of the branches, which led to the disability of the corporationto react timely and accurately to the changing market. Currently the State Gridmakes the "tenth five-year" plan of the marketing information system, whichaims to realize the uniform management on each process, enhance the ability ofleadership and decision-making, and efficiently control and decrease the runningcost to achieve the sustained development through the emphasis on thecollectivized operation, economized dealing and elaborated management.Based on the above requirement, we make sufficient research on thebuilding of the electricity marketing system (including marketing management,customer billing, 95598 call center and electric measurement), and give theconstructing goal and plan. At the regional corporation the core modules are to bebuilt, which use the standardized, procedural and opening technology structure tofulfill the different management patterns and the marketing development requiredby the State Grid.This paper emphasizes on the marketing technical support system design,which includes the hardware and software platform, and the function, data,control and security system. It also discusses the amalgamation and adaptability of business modules, the transparency and share extent of information resources,the data integrity and accuracy, and the stability and expansibility of systemapplication. According the principles of planning, approach and efficiency, theapplication research of electricity marketing system takes into account thediminishing of the building risk.The system has put into stable application in the corporation and itsbranches, and all the functions have passed the security evaluation by the StateGrid.
