The location of centroid is the one of important parameter of armored vehicle. Ithas important influence for the flexibleness of body, stability of shot, safe ofcontrol and so on. When the armored vehicles are designed, tested and finalized,we need measure it accurately and fast.According to the character of armored vehicle and fast and high precisiondemand of centroid measure, the paper designs the centroid measure system ofarmored vehicle, using hydraulic technical, finite element analysis technical, control technical and modern sense technical etc.The paper particularly discusses the measure principle and composition of thecentroid measure system and completes emphatically the design of each subsystem. In the design of subsystem, analyzing force condition and deformed condition ofthe platform by using finite element analysis, and confirming the biggestdeflection and biggest deformed location. At the same time, the paper designsoverall hydraulic system, and puts forward to the method of how to adjust theplatform horizontally, ascertains the condition of the choice of hydraulic pressureparts. According to the precision of measure system, selecting the sensor ofphysical quantity measure system. To ascertain the centroid location of armoredvehicle, the paper designs the measure system of body location, and put forward tothe particular method of measure body location and the choice gist of datum mark.In error analysis, the paper analyzes the factors which influence measure systemprecision, and put forward to the method that raises measure precision. Through thequantitative analysis for systematic overall error, educing centroid measure error ofx, y, z direction are:Δx_c≤4mm,Δy_c≤2mm,Δz_c≤8mm. The system errorssatisfy the demand of technique target, validating the feasibility of centroidmeasure system.
