With the development of industrial automation market level, the application of the valves with actuators, presented greater torque, longer travel, higher precision, better stability, fast cutting, accurate regulation, and high-end technical performance requirements. The electro-hydraulic actuators through continuous development and fully able to implement these requirements.For the understanding of domestic and foreign research status and the advantages of the electro-hydraulic actuator, combined with demand for new product development and market its full energy-saving, environmental protection, and a series of advantages, developed in this paper is a method for fast cutting, high torque output, used in electro-hydraulic actuators on large diameter valves. By calculating the design reduces the valve switching time, so the valve is fully open and close time increased to ≤0.5s, design actuators for the introduction of Scotch, with its unique torque curve to become the best driver most rotary valves the control mechanism for the large diameter valves provide workers with greater open torque.
