The dynamometer is an important instrument which is necessary forstate monitoring, adaptive control and optimum control during cuttingprocess. It influences the state judgement and control strategy much.Modern physics, crystal-physics, electric-medium physics and experimentalphysics promote the advancement of the dynamometer. Under informationimpetus, modern industry raises higher requirement for dynamometer.Traditional dynamometer has the flaw in measuring theory, measureaccuracy and adaptability. Material mechanics,structure mechanics,heattreatment craft and mechanical processing craft are thoroughly studied inthis paper and significant improvement is made. Raster displacement sensorreplaces traditional indicator type dial guage in the new dynamometer andmeasure result can be directly display without conversion. Remote measureis achieved and metrology characteristic is enhanced. According to therequest of the new dynamometer achieves level 0.2 from level 0.3, theforward and back distance relative error reduces to≤0.3% from between0.5%~1.0%, we can assemble different special measure equipment based onthe spot force calibration circumstance.
