The damage problem of product is paid more and more attentions nowadays during storing and transporting. Cushion materials are often damaged by cyclic loading during transport, the performance of cushion materials may be weakened and often appear cumulative damage. In the paper corrugated fiberboard is studied by static and dynamic compression after fatigue compression and vibration test.The thickness change of corrugated fiberboard related to compression,vibration intension and number is researched by experiments. A-flute single-wall corrugated fiberboard is tested by acceleration test. According to the experiments, the relation between the invalidation number and vibration acceleration, fatigue damage curve of corrugated fiberboard (A-N) is obtained. Through the curve, it is possible to get the invalidation number under certain vibration acceleration; and the damage threshold under certain vibration number. The cumulative carry capability damage of corrugated fiberboard is analyzed by using Miner-rule under multilevel vibration acceleration testsThe relation between vibration number and residual stress under certain frequency test is studied, obtained the model of residual stress attenuation. Research the edge strength of corrugated fiberboard after vibration test in order to insure the compression strength of corrugated fiberboard box.The change of stress-strain and cushion coefficient after the vibration test is studied by static and dynamic compression experiment. According to the test result, provide the three-dimensional relation about dynamic cushion coefficient-maximal stress-vibration number and maximal acceleration-stress-vibration number.The tradition cushion packaging design is defectiveness .In the modern cushion package design, fatigue effect of cushioning material should be taken into account of. Provide the fatigue cushion packaging design by modifying the tradition package design in order to get the anticipated package effect.
