As the spreading of economic globalization, the manufacture faces with great challenge. In order to adapt to this situation, networked manufacture comes forth to fit it and is developed rapidly. However, the research of project management theory and practice which fits to the environment of networked manufacture lags a lot. As the traditional project management pattern for single enterprise and project management software does not suit this new manufacture pattern, we need a kind of project management which can be adapted to the networked manufacture. As to such instance, a new kind of project management pattern collaborative project management is proposed, based on researching on the characteristic of the networked manufacture environment.Project planning and control which go with the whole lifecycle of the project is very important in the project management. The traditional project planning and control for single enterprise is mainly for the project or multi-projects of single enterprise, whose project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure, WBS) and planning flow and so on is single hierarchy limited in single enterprise, while as for alliance enterprises under networked manufacture environment projects it lacks hierarchical and collaboration. This dissertation is mainly about the research of the part of project planning and control. In the dissertation, collaborative WBS, the workflow of collaborative project planning and control, and the collaborative mechanism between the alliance enterprises is developed, and also an algorithm for Resource Constraint Re-scheduling for Multi-projects is designed. According to these research on the theory, we design an UML (Unified Modeling Language, UML) model of the collaborative project management based on the collaborative project planning and control theory, through the Object Oriented Analysis process, and implement an B/S (Browser/Server, B/S) structure collaborative project planning and control system by using the J2EE (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) enterprise application Frame which is well-rounded. During the development of the software, the Struts Frame which is famous for the MVC (Model-Viewer-Controller) pattern is applied. It improves the reusability, flexibility, and effectivity of the system. And implement multi-Agent collaborative mechanism by using java agent development frame (JADE) which integrated with J2EE platform.
