In recent years, there has been rapid development of photovoltaic ind ustry in china; however, many deficiencies in the engineering management were found out for lacking of m atched specifications. Chin a’s photovoltaic power generation industry had a rather late start com pared with that in the developed c ountries such as the United States, Japan and som e countries in Europe, therefore China’ s photovoltaic enterprises were still v ery difficult to wi n in the interna tional competition fully in accordance with the law of the market economy. Based on that, althou gh more and more renewable power projects were carri ed out into construction in China, m any serious problems were found out during th e project construction or ganization and management, which were seriously hampered the development of China’s new energy industry. It was i mperative to explore a set of method suitable for China’ s national conditions of the new energy project construction organization as soon as possible.With a short construction period a nd large area for construction site, Photovoltaic grid integration power generation project should be carried out with high technical requirement and with cooperation among several professional departments as well. It was necessary to have a s trict progress control of th e project construction so as to ensure a timely completion of the project. A timely completion of the project meant that there was n ot any de lay in construction progress, and m eanwhile the project was constructed with a guaranteed quality, since the construction quality directly connected with the succes s of a project. And in order to ensure the construction quality, the key work was to control the quality dur ing construction, or specifically during the m aterially completion phase of the proj ect construction. And that was als o the m ajor part and dif ficult part in rela ted to the quality control in project engineering management.The significance of this paper lies in the fact that the necessary rules and specifications could be established for th e renewable power project construction by the studies on daily operati on practice of project m anagement through the concrete implementation of project construction, and by the introduction of scientific project management concepts as well, so as to ach ieve the target of the project m anagement by the way of regulating the behavior of workers and comm unicating with information.This paper introduced and analyzed the background and significance of the study on the grid integration photovoltaic power generation project m anagement, and it introduced the study methods as well in its chapter one. The second chapter analyzed the current situation and problems of the project planning and control management of the grid connected photovoltaic power gene ration project in De Ling Ha. The third chapter of the thesis analy zed the plan of the grid connected photovoltaic power generation project. The fourth chapter di scussed the progress and quality control measures, and project construction schedule control and project quality control of the difficulties and solutions during the construction stage.In summary, the purpose of this study wa s to settle a speci fic application of project management theory and m ethod in the construction of grid integration photovoltaic power generation project, and was try to fi nd out the causes of the problems and solutions by the way of carefu lly studying and discussion in-depth, and as a result, it severed to further improve the guidance in theory and practically for the engineering construction and m anagement of current China’ s photovoltaic grid integration power generation project.
