Sustainable City Infrastructure Planning And Construction Research

It is unavoidable that the speedy urbanization always related the ecological upset, over-consumption resources, polluted environment, and the polarized social tendency. How to solve the unsustainable problem which happened in the developing cities? The author believe it is the key item to solve the problem that added the sustainable thought into the city planning and management. The construction of infrastructural is the foundation and condition to achieve sustainable city, this dissertation took the urban infrastructure construction program as breakthrough point, trying to conduct an exploratory research to achieve sustainable city.This dissertation start from thinking the course of urbanization making a environment pressure to the future city, analyzed the impact of the urban construction to the sustainable development, and come to a conclusion which is infrastructure construction planning is a important link to achieve the sustainable city. The general infrastructure construction planning has limitations to the sustainable development city; therefore, we need to transcend the traditional city planning thought and technical to find the best way to settle it. In this paper, author suggests depend on the sustainable development thought as a guide to urban infrastructure construction planning and construction, and combine the related theory to build an objective system to come up the sustainable development infrastructure planning and construction.This paper analyzed the correlative cases happened in home and abroad, involving the urban road system, water and drain system. The author inducted some theories and methods to achieve sustainable city, which combined theory with practice, and get the rewarding revelation and experience.Finally, this paper analyzed Guiyang current infrastructure construction planning (concentrated on urban road system and water and drain system), found out the problem on how to achieve a sustainable city for Guiyang current infrastructure planning and construction.This paper systematicly research the urban infrastructure planning and construction and how to develop a sustainable city, study the limitations in the traditional infrastructure planning and construction, introducing using the sustainable thought as the guide to infrastructure planning and construction. Author also analyzed and concluded the related theory and some new practice experiences in sustainable infrastructure planning and construction, built the objective systems, corresponding strategy and planning. By this means, it is have great practical significance to study Guiyang sustainable development and urban infrastructure planning and construction.
