The Technology Security And Striving To Make Servicing Breakthrough Of Ship-Based Interior Communication Equipments

The primary character of the new type interior communication equipment system for the ships is SDH which is transmitted by optical fiber.Complied with the traditional equipment system , it's more difficult for technology security to the new ones ,which has advanced technology and perplexing structure . Because the equipment intrgrative security is in the primary phase in our country for some reason, it's impossible for the department of the communication equipment servicing to plan the equipment technology security when the equipment is developped. It's very important to found the resource system of the technology security for the communication equipment about how to realize the technology security effectively by striving to make servicing breakthrough, when the new type interior communication equipment system of the new type ships is going to serve or in the forepart of its service .The resource system of the technology security of the communication equipment consists of the manpower, technology document and detect equipment and so on. According to analyse the primary technology and its character of the new type equipment system, in this paper, we plan how to found the resource system of the technology security of the communication equipment basing on the manpower, technology document and detect equipment. The validity of the resource system based on the plan should be validated and verified when the new type communication equipment repair.According to the regulation about repair technology document of the equipment and the testing means of the primary capability which is privoded by the manufacturer, the data of the repair project has been formed about the testing item , testing means and detect equipment,which is validated in the use entironment of the ships and satisfy the testing of the equipment which is repaired .In addition,the function and the basic demand of the primary terminal unit in the new type equipment system is definituded in this paper. The new matter , the new means and the mode means about how to actualize technology security of the new type interior communication equipment system for the ships are discussed .The technology development current of the equipment system is discussed too.
