With the rapid development of the drone industry in recent years,the application of drones in the civilian field has been widely promoted,and has made outstanding contributions in aerial photography,agricultural irrigation,and epidemic prevention and control.At the same time as the widespread use of drones,attacks against drones also frequently occur,which has serious consequences for the safety of people’s property and social development.If the safety of drones cannot be effectively and effectively resolved,It will definitely have a huge impact on the application and promotion of drones.In order to improve the safety guarantee of drones,this article conducts in-depth research on the safety analysis and protection methods of civilian drones,analyzes and experimentally verifies the safety of key parts of drones,and aims to improve drones.Security performance guarantee.The main research results are:(1)Analysis and research on the safety of key parts of the UAV system.Aiming at the main vulnerability problems faced by drones,the principles of vulnerability generation are analyzed separately,and research is conducted on the security issues of wireless communication,custom links,and satellite navigation of the drone to design vulnerability attacks.The scheme verifies the vulnerability of the drone experimentally: 1)For the wireless network communication protocol of the drone,analyzes the existing problems of the Wi Fi protocol used by the drone,and analyzes the password and initial stage of the drone communication.Analyze the vulnerability of identity authentication and CTS-RTS channel avoidance mechanism,and set up an attack platform to perform password cracking and disconnection attacks on the drone;2)An analysis method is proposed for the custom link of the drone,The human-machine communication signal is intercepted and analyzed,and the binary data of the drone and ground station communication carried in the signal is extracted through the parameters of the obtained signal,and the DJI Drone 3 signal is captured and analyzed through experiments;3)Analyze the vulnerability of UAV satellite navigation,introduce the principle and implementation scheme of GPS deception technology,and use software radio platform to guide GPS of UAV.Deception interference experiments,Dajiang UAV no-fly zone to deceive,to verify the effectiveness of the attack program.(2)An anti-GPS spoofing method for UAV based on LSTM-KF model is proposed.For the existing GPS protection measures,additional equipment is needed,the required cost is high and it is not suitable for the conditions of civilian drones.This chapter combines the unique characteristics of drones,and proposes a combination of deep learning and Kalman filtering.Detection method for anti-GPS spoofing of drones.This method uses long-term and short-term memory networks to predict drone flight dynamics models from drone flight states,and uses Kalman filtering combined with dynamic models to dynamically adjust to Recognize GPS spoofing to achieve the purpose of resisting GPS spoofing signal interference.The experimental results prove that the method has higher accuracy and lower false alarm rate for identifying GPS signals,and can effectively enhance the ability of the UAV to resist GPS spoofing interference.
