The development of city drives the transform of the commerce. In the last 10 years, the flourishing exploiture of shopping malls as a new type of business building,which adapted the development of the business.At the same time, the demands of city, developers, proprietors and consumers cannot be met, because of the evolvement of the research and the speed of the development was out of line ,and a lot of items was lack of guidance in designing and in building and simply imitated the form of oversea shopping malls.As for the reasons above, this thesis chooses super shopping malls as the subject of study, which analyze the present issues, put forward the viewpoint that the design of shopping malls should adopt special program; and then, explored relevant countermeasures of design by diagnostic study aimed at ubiquitous shortages and adopted the associative manner of oversea good experience and domestic status quo, for the goal of win-win.This thesis is divided into six chapters, and four parts.The 1st chapter is part of introduction, which introduces the backgrounds of research, summarized the development of relatively research all around the world, defined relatively concepts, It also defined objects, purpose, contents and frame of this study.The 2nd chapter is part of review. Firstly, it introduces the definition, essential, sort and spatial essence of shopping malls. Secondly, it summarizes the development of oversea shopping malls in three aspects as advance in phases, change in design, diversity in area to analyzed its characteristic. Finally, compared with the present development of domestic shopping malls, and use for reference.The 3rd ,4th and 5th chapters are the part of analyses, which is also the essential part. Based on the analysis of the previous chapters.In the 3rd chapter, concluded mostly existent disadvantages and contradiction in the development of domestic shopping malls, analyzed the cause of the problem,then put forward responses for win-win; Finally the author carried on surveying and research which is based on existed and related questions, calculated correlative data and introduced pertinent theories of economics exploiting and consumption psychology, which is aiming at providing theory bases of interrelated courses for design countermeasure research in the next chapter.the author, firstly, established the progress of win-win strategy of shopping mall designing, at the same time make it clear the value position and principle of design personnel; then according to the established discussing measures, proceed diagnostic countermeasure research on related elements, respectively grounded on two different directional space research of space mode design and space pattern design. So that it can be some guiding and referring meaning to the work of future design personnel.The 6th chapter is the part of conclusion. It summaries the whole essay and forecasts the development of shopping mall.
