The application of network in automobile has become modern automobile electronics technology important development direction. Along with the CAN-bus applied to automobile, it simplified automotive electric circuit, enhance reliability and facility of automobile electronic control system. Recently, research on automotive CAN-bus system in domestic has beginning, this paper mainly research on CAN-bus and its Test-Control technology of automobile body electronic convenience system.This paper summarized research applied status of CAN-bus in the domestic and overseas, generalized and analyzed the CAN-bus related theory and technology points;introduced briefly the basic characteristics and structure of automobile network system, analyzed example of network system on Volkswagen, summarized the applied projects of automobile network system.Designed and built a Test-Control analytical system for automotive CAN-bus system. And made use of it test, simulate and analyzed the CAN-bus on automobile body electronic convenience system. Educed the typical wave and data frames of signal which deliver on CAN-bus, Mastered basic operate characteristics and method of automobile body electronic convenience system, provided simulation conclusion for design.Based on the test, designed and made the collection and communication node of CAN-bus by CAN controller SJA1000, the CAN transceiver PCA82C250 etc. Matching of the original automobile network system, without change its hardwares and structure. Using the temperature and air quantity signal inside the car, the air condition switch signal and speed signal to control the car window and lock, improved safe and comfortable control function of original automobile body electronic convenience system.Analyzed the policy of control unit node J386 in original automobile body electronic convenience system, designed substitute control unit node of J386, actualized original node main control function, improved problem of the original node can't accept the remote CAN control data frames to control the left front window and rearview mirror.
