Research On Collaborative Product Commerce And Its Integration Technology Based On Networked Manufacturing

In the recent ten years, the daily growth of user personal demand has enabled traditional manufacturing idea can't adapt the current competitive intense market. The modern manufacturing industry must unify the information technology, the network and the related advanced management idea effectively so that they could seek the considerable development. Based on this background, the technique of networked manufacturing comes into the world. The networked manufacturing is the technology that manufacturing enterprises design, produce, sale, procure, manage and so on by network. CPC is an important mode of networked manufacturing.The meaning of CPC is global Collaboration. It refers to any problem of the design, production, sale, maintenance and use that all unit and individual collaboratively deal with in the whole product cycle. For manufacturing enterprise, the CPC platform integrates providers, sellers, project management, and the place for B2B and B2C, visual collaborative design, engineer data deployment and the information software of CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE and ERP/SCM/CRM/PDM. CPC enhances the enterprises' key competitive ability with the global resources.Based above background, this paper analyses the system structure and functional module of CPC. On the base of three layers of CPC and A Jiangsu group, breaks down the function. Studies on the organizational mode of enterprise dynamic alliance, puts forward CPC multi-Agent mode based on Workflow of CPC. By the analysis and research for flow enterprise, does some relative design and development in project management of CPC, applies stepwise regression analysis method into analysis management in flow project. By the direct reflection and stepwise regression analysis method, it can carry on the pertinence experiment of product capability on the base of a little experiment data. Researches the problem of integration of CPC platform and ERP system in CPC environment. Puts forward the integration mode based on Middleware and XML. Combining with this paper's research and Jiangsu A group develops the CPC system.The finished CPC system based on networked manufacturing of this paper has been put in practice in Jiangsu A group. This platform is designed and developed with the firm's actual requirements, so the system fully meets the firm's relative requirements and creates considerable economic and social benefits.
