The Service System For Product Development Sustain In Regional Networked Manufacturing System

Facing intense competitions in the market, enterprises is lacking for the ability of developing products and core competitions due to the shortages of manpower, equipments, capital and technologies, which has become the problem being solved on time in our manufacturing, especially in small and middle enterprises. One of the solutions to this problem is that network-cooperation development of products is carried out, uniting various resources of developing products, such as universities, institutes, other enterprises, exports and customers, based on the modern technologies. A great number of researches has been done and made processes abroad and at home, but most of these researches are still on the phase of general theories and the development of primary system. On the base of studying the relative theories and achievements, the application mode of network-cooperation development of products has been researched, according to the current situations in small and middle enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current research on e-manufacture and relative technologies abroad and at home, a new mode —The Service System for Product Development Sustain Based on ASP(Application Service Provider) in RNMS—supporting small and middle enterprises to carry on network-cooperation development of products has been put forward in this paper, which aims at the current situations and needs of small and middle enterprises, according to the former researches on the general thought and mode of Regional Networked Manufacturing System(RNMS).In addition, the architecture of this system has been built up including structure system, function system, and so on, and the operating mode has been studied.Based on the architecture and the operating mode of this system, the technology frame of the system in RNMS has been established including three parts: supporting technologies, special technologies and application system, and key technologies of the system have been researched partly, which includes putting forward the primary thought of assigning and harmonizing tasks according to the research of the organic mode of system resources in virtual institute, bringing forward the strategy of developing system based on module according to the research of the developing frame and mode, and doing some researches on the integrative technologies of the system information, especially integrative technologies of customer information.Finally, based on CQ-RNMS , the network-coorperation design mode of electricappliance set has been presented on the base of ASP, which unites the implement of enterprise information of Chongqing Huayang Group Co., and aims at the current situation and demands of electric appliance set manufacturing .Based on it, a set of system supporting application has been developed. The system is applied to the product development in Chongqing Huayang Group Co., and has achieved good effect.
