With the development of Electric Power and Electronic technology, Micro-Electric technology, special integrated chips, the application of motor control theory is widely extended in practice. The AC variable frequency speed regulation is generally acknowledged by the home and abroad that it has great futures with excellent speed regulation performance, high efficiency energy saving and other merits. AC speed regulation system is gradually replacing DC speed regulation system. Motor controller is gradually improving into digital controller with optimal performance and simple structure.The development of AC servo controlling is closely related with the development of AC speed regulation. From the late of 1970s, AC servo system is beginning to develop. Then, the application of AC servo motor is more and more broad, and it substitutes the DC servo system for the main current in the electronic servo system gradually. Nowadays, AC servo system is improving into the two following directions: one is simple and low cost AC servo system, the other is high performance, digital and intelligent AC servo system. In this paper, we study the photoelectric offset-correcting controlling system in practice closely related with the former direction of the development of AC servo system. For the problem of complex structure, low dynamic performance, in the practical AC servo system, we design an AC servo controller that has advantages of simple structure, low cost, and high dynamic performance.Firstly, we analyze the principle of photoelectric offset-correcting controlling system, compare the two different kinds of AC servo motors, and then, we select the PMSM for the need of practice. At last, the optimal project-SVPWM is adopted. Meanwhile, we deduce the formulas of SVPWM.Secondly, according to the controlling method of PMSM and principle of system, we design the structure diagram of servo controlling system. And also, we introduce the DSP chip and select the TMS320LF2406 for the main controlling chip of system. We design the hardware of the servo controlling system, and give the corresponding measures of hardware anti-interface. We design the software of the servo controlling system, including implementation of PC controlling software, and give the corresponding measures of software anti-interface.At last, we give the experiment results, and analyze them.The AC servo controller has advantages of small volume, flexible functions and stable performance. It is not suitable to photoelectric offset-correcting controlling system, but to the situation of high efficiency and wide-speed adjusting scope.
