The brake takes on the important part of the motorcycle. Its product qualitydirectly relates the travel security of the motorcycle. How to carry on the examinationto the product quality of motorcycle brake, optimize the examination methodcontinually and improve test instrument, make the study of the brake get a betterdevelopment is the problem which this paper want to solve.In this article, the author mainly does below work:1 Summarizes the brake profession and the examination technology presentsituation, describes the brake structure and the classification, claim the brakeperformance appraisal target and the examination request.2 Summarizes major component structure and factor of the brake, base ofprofession standard "Technique term of brakes for motorcycles and moped" toconduct the research the test method and the test instrument to the brake, analyses thequality control point and the control method of major component structure and factorof the brake. Then, discusses the brake quality control method and the goal of thequality control of the brake, introduces the quality examination equipment andmethod3 Summarizes the principle of the automobile brake testing bench, thenintroduces test basis and the method of the equipment. The motorcycle brake testingplatform, which is developed by the Automobile Research Institute of WuhanUniversity of Technology, is the instruments of experiments. According to correlationprofession standard "Tests methods of braking devices for motorcycles and moped",has carried on the introduction to motorcycle brake braking quality simulation testexperimental project and the testing method, at last carries on the analysis of resultof the motorcycle brake braking quality simulation test by uses of the test equipment.4 Tests the brake performance of the brake by use of the equipment, andanalyses the data of the test, decide how to elect the brake, discusses the improvementand optimization of the equipment and the method of the test.This article introduces research results of the test of quality of motorcycle brake,summarizes basis and method of the test of quality.
