| With the development of the cities, the traffic noise has become the main noise source of the modern urban environment noise. Along with the number of vehicles increased day by day, the influence of traffic noise will be serious and becomes one of social effects of urban environment pollution because of its wide influence and long disturbance time. But the automobile noise is the main source of the traffic noise, the tire noise then becomes the main noise source of the vehicle noise when the vehicle speed exceed 70 kilometers per hour. The research of tire noise not only has the profound theory significance, but also has the very big economic and social efficiency.The reduction of tire noise mainly has two ways: low noise tire design and low noise pavement design. The present research generally considered the road surface texture or the tire tread to the influence of tire noise unilaterally. However, these unilateral noise reduction theories can not explain some newest results. This article embarks from the point of view of system, supposing there has some kind of coupling relation between the tire and the road surface that affects the noise value. Thus the supposition that "the coupling" between the tire tread and the road surface texture can affect to the noise production is proposed, and the Tire Noise Simulation Analysis Software is compiled to carry on the confirmation to "the texture coupling" simply, foreshadowing for the following research. The main outcomes and innovations of this paper in theory and practice are as follows:a) Analyzed the principles of tire and road noise production and the noise reduction methods, meanwhile proposed the supposition of the "texture coupling" between the tire and the road surface that can affect the noise;b) Described the common methods used to analysis and appraise the tire noise, which are the criteria of tire tread noise in the computer simulation;c) The mathematical models of the main tire noise source, the tire pattern noise, pumping noise and air column resonance noise, are studied and discussed in detail.d) Compiled the Tire Tread Noise Simulation Software, and confirmed the existence of the simplest "texture coupling" between the tire tread and the road surface texture with the software.e) The road noise mathematical model is established. And considering the influence of tire and road to the noise, a multi-coupling factor is introduced, based on which the noise model of the texture coupling between tire tread and road surface established preliminary. |
