Rotary compressor has the advantages of fewer elements, lighter weight, smaller volume and littler pressure fluctuation, was used broadly at present. But at the same time vane type rotary compressor has obvious frailty: greater frictional losses, more leakage loss and higher-standard working accuracy and assembling precision. For reducing the friction wasted work, a number of new mechanisms have being developed.This paper put forward a new type mechanism vane type rotary compressor and expatiated its design feature and working principle. Thisnew type mechanism has a rotating sleeve. An embedded-vane andtwo follower end-covers rotating with the sleeve, so it decreased thefriction and fray.This new type mechanism surpassed other mechanisms in following aspects: The compressor completely solves the problems of friction and leakage between the vane outside-end and the cylinder bore wall and between the vane side-end and the end sealing covers. Therefore it has less friction waste and less leaking loss than the conventional vane type automobile air conditioning compressor, but also has the advantages of simple made techniques and simple assemblage techniques.This paper using the software proe designed this new type rotary compressor, also Calculated from aspects of thermodynamics, kinematics and dynamics. And came to a conclusion that this new type mechanism can reduce friction and fray effectively and have the promising future.
