Its aim was improve our army's battle effectiveness to win over the part battle at high tech condition.φ1m hypersonic wind tunnel as one and only in our country play an important role in hypersonic vehicle's ground testing simulation research. In order to avoid air condensation at testing section, it is necessary to design a heater for the wind tunnel. The Storage-heater by electricity is adopted in order to avoid air pollution and insure test validity. Accordingly it is necessary to design an experimental power source. Thus, the development of the power source becomes a key technique during the hypersonic wind tunnel's development, for it decides heater and tunnel's success.In allusion to hypersonic wind tunnel's purposes, elements and requirements of pre-heading and temperature-controlling, this report explains the importance of the test, analyses heating techniques, the type of heater and its determination, the power scheme, pre- elements grouping, and booster scheme, and calculates air condensation point and the power of heater. In addition, design schemes and contents are presented in the report.Lastly the system reaches as a result through debugging, and ensures the all debugging ofφ1m hypersonic wind tunnel and many model-tests succeed, that prove the power source's success. |
