| The dynamic characteristic analysis of ship lifter has always been a weak part of the lifter field. The object of this dissertation is a certain ship lifter. Combining with new theories, new technologies and computer simulation, the dynamic model of the lifter is established and the influence of key parts parameters to the model is analyzed, then the optimization technique is studied. Finally, an associated simulation software platform with MATLAB and VC of ship lifter is developed basing on the foregoing research result.First of all, this dissertation introduces the particularity of ship lifter after comparing it with terrestrial lifter, analyzes the reason leading to the vibration of lifter, and describes the means to reduce it. Then the vertical vibration model is established from the physical model. After researching on this model with mode analysis technique, the influence of adjustable parameters on each natural mode is obtained. Mathematical models of the two main stimulators which effect on the vibration of the ship lifter is established firstly in the next part, then electric speed curve is introduced into simulation system. After that, the work situation of the lifter is simulated and analyzed, the results reveal that the lifter vibrates fiercely under the primal parameters, thus these parameters is to be optimized based on the foregoing model. In order to improve the efficiency of M program and get a favorable man-machine intercommunion interface, a simulation software platform of dynamics characteristic for lifter is developed. Finally the content of this dissertation is summarized and some suggestion of further research works is proposed.In summary, the targets of this dissertation have been accomplished successfully. There are some originalities in content of choosing goal function when optimizing the mechanics and founding the mathematical models of stimulators. |
