Vehicle door glass lifter is one of the higher frequency function which occupants use. easy operation and reliable use of the glass lifter directly affects the quality of the various activities of the people in the car.There are many parts cooperating with window lifter.their design quality directly affecting the performance of glass lifter. Because of design methods in China is relatively backward, leading to their life and the performance does not meet the requirements. This article on for numerical simulation on the performance of vehicle electrical window lifter, can effectively reduce product development costs, shorten product development cycles, studies have important theoretical and engineering application.Paper use modeling software,build a car door window lifter.include before an after window.Using multibody dynamics simulation software on the rope to front door respectively wheeled glass lifter for kinematics of rigid body simulation of rigid-flexible coupling. In the course of study, mainly the digital transition between model and motion model, at the same time interference analysis model and output load time history of the key institutions. Back door arm-type window regulator of due to its large deformation in active arm movement, it is not possible as the rigid body system to calculate, active arm needs to be treated as flexible parts. Therefore require the use of finite elements theory and methods, will active arm model for discrete, get its mode-neutral file, and import this file into the active ann of the motion model replaced in rigid body, in the process, mainly the interface point set, model of rigid-flexible coupling problems.At last,on the basis of kinematics calculation, get the rope round-glass lifts up and down in support of load spectrum and the glass lifts in the single-ann small slider and active ann load spectrum, in application to finite element analysis software, on the prediction of service life of these parts.
