Hydraulic transmission is one of the most important drive-models in modern industry. Its study is important in practice. Because of its merits, which include stable transmission, compact structure, high-power output, convenient achieving CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) and automatic control, the hydraulic transmission develops quickly. The application of hydraulic plays a great role in the promotion and guarantees to improve the quality and level of the products. World's advanced industrial countries have attached great importance to the development of hydraulic technology. Hydraulic technology has become an important indicator of a country's industrial development.At first, the hydraulic system of the .lifter was systematically analyzed and designed. At first, the total structure and principle of transmission were studied. Then the system principle diagram was set down and the calculation and choices for the components of the hydraulic system were done according to the request of the machine structure and environments to system. Finally, the calculation of the pressure loss and the temperature rise of the liquid in the designed hydraulic system were checked to evaluate whether the system can be applied.And then, set up the model of the whole lifter by CATIA, the hydraulic system designed before is also carried on the entity to set up the model, on top of that combine the principle of transmission to put up movement's simulation, through model and movement's simulation make we have more intuitionistic understand to the total structure of the whole lifter and the movement circumstance.At the end , some of the models been transformed and the machine system and the hydraulic system been built with ADAMS, carry on the test to the hydraulic system designed through the consociation of machine and hydraulic simulation, reappear the lifter rise and fall process.In summary, the detailed and overall research to the lifter's hydraulic system had been done. After the analytical design which based on the theories and practicality, gotten the practical hydraulic system, increased the important reference for the further research work.
