With the widespread application of mass concrete structure in current engineering construction, the structure performance and construction technology become a focus of attention in engineering. In the prophase of mass concrete pouring and solidification heat of hydration formed complicated temperature field. The temperature field forms the temperature stress that cause concrete dehiscence without loading. The menace for structure load-carrying properties and secure service life can't be ignored.This thesis begin with mass concrete temperature field of hydration and correlative reason of algorithm, select project "Zhejiang Yaojiang Hotel" as its background, adopt FEA software ANASYS, imitate temperature distribution in the front five days, supply phasic achievement of trend appraisal of temperature-caused-dehiscence and implement of scientific cooling technology.In the period of studying precise demarcate of sensor, developed R-T transition software, modify 20CH auto-transition. The long-time temperature collection and transition were made great use of in field temperature monitor. It will be wide used. A lot of data got by field thermometric take good effect in directing cycle-cooling and optimization of pouring.Finally, the conception and suggestion of numerical simulation are presented for the effects of thermal stress on the structure of massive concrete andoptimizing the technique of field measurement and monitoring.
