| Reinforced concrete structure is the main building structure, and formwork engineering is an important part in concrete moulding. The reproducible thermoplastic composite plastic materials reinforced by bamboo fiber can fully take advantage of the bamboo fiber's virtues of high strength and the thermoplastic plastic's virtues of water resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and being recycled, while can overcome the disadvantage that bamboo can easily absorb water and become mildewy and that the strength and the stiffness of plastic are low. Thus, it is possible to use bamboo-plastic composite to produce construction formwork. The experiment of bamboo fiber compounding five different substrates was carried out, and the results indicate that the composite of MC nylon with bamboo fiber has a good performance. Furthermore, the theory basis for the research and development of bamboo-plastic composite was built through the mechanics analysis and the theory research on the bamboo-plastic composite thin plate. The development of bamboo-plastic composite construction formwork was mainly introduced, and the concrete calculation course was present. Through the calculation comparison on the steel formwork, wood formwork and bamboo-plastic formwork, the feasibility of bamboo-plastic formwork was verified, and some data were present for the use of this new kind of formwork material. MC nylon reinforced by bamboo fiber composite is a new-type and environmental protection material. It is a good combination of the cheap bamboo material and the reproducible thermoplastic resin. It can be predicted that the bamboo-plastic composite will have a good developing foreground. |
