Research On Humanizing Design Of Judicatory Buildings

With the development of the idea 'Building a harmonious society, Sticking to man-oriented' , judicial departments which are law enforcement organs, bring forward the concept of a humanization to enforce the law. As a kind of special construction, more attentions have been paid to the matters, such as how to establish tall and awful buildings, how to frighten and punish those concerned and safety. Under the background of development in civilization, under the condition of meeting safety, rules of administration or laws, judicatory buildings' humanization, standardization should also be taken into account during the design procedure. More attentions should be paid to the characteristic of action and mind of people during design, so the space and environment's humanization can be designed much more ideally.As a completely new issue in architecture, starting out from special background and factors influencing on the architectural space of judicatory buildings, the author propose the thinking of humanizing design based on considering the contents of judicatory buildings construction. After field survey and questionnaire, we strive to find out problems about the issue and establish a framework and measures for humanizing design of judicatory buildings, as well as, some constructive suggestions about the judicatory buildings' humanization architectural design and building mode are proposed.
