Broadband sanding machine by this paper is used to pull hair to carpenter sheet onsingle face before wainscot decoration,to reach fine surface quality for further decoration.Broadband sanding machine is widely used in industrial processing equipment,whenprocessing, noise and wood dust are adverse to human health.PLC is designedspecifically for industrial environments.It is an industrial control computers with theadvantages of anti-interference capability, high reliability,small size. It is the ideal controldevice of mechanical and electrical integration.CC-Link fieldbus is PLC-based system.Itcan also handle high-speed data and information control.It has set up the communicationbetween field devices themselves and upper supervising computers.It realize factoryautomation and process automation control, reducing the damage of the worstenvironment.The broadband sanding production line by this design has four sandingmachines.Every sander is controlled by a FX2N-PLC.It can realize sequentialcontrol,position control,and speed control.It can also set up and show the controlparameters.Every sander's master controller PLC has been linked together by the slavestation communication module and the master station communication module.Masterstation PLC has been linked to superordination machine by the RS232 interface.Thesanders production monitoring system based on CC-Link bus has been introduced detaillyin this paper.The industrial control configuratian software uses flexible way, providing consumerwith the software tools of industry autocontrol monitoring system.The Century Starconfiguration software has characteristics such as advanced,expedience,compleceness,andpeculiarity, etc.The superordination machine designs the configuration pictures ofproadvand sanding machines,monitoring the states of sanders,counting the productionsoutput,carring out malfunction imformation administration.This paper studies content relates to machinery structure and drive,the electric motordrags move,electric control technology,PLC control technology, frequency transformertechnology, CC-Linnk,configuration technology, etc.The mechanical structure design ofbroadband sanding machine had introduced in this paper. The broadband sanding machinecontrol system has been constructed by PLC controller.The sanding workshop productionmonitoring and management system are based on CC-Link Bus,and Century Star configuration software design is used for broadband sanding machine control systems andproduction lines HMI.Papers specific contents include: Introduction to broadband sandingmachine; Broadband sanding machine control system design;Broadband sanding machinedrive system design;Broadband sanding machine control system hardware and softwaredesign; CC-Link Bus design;Supervisory control system design. The results of the controlsystem have been anylysed.Although the PLC technology, CC-Link technology, configuration technologyalready have applied to each fields of industrial control broadly, the person seldom seesapplication in woodworking machinery industry. The development has applying value towoodworking machinery production line exploitation.
