| The maintenance of aeroengine is a whopping complicated job, because it includes millions of parts, and the cycle is also long. Compared with the developed country, we have much lower productivity. Since the requests for cost and cycle are higher, we shall pay more attention to the researche of work quota.I discussed the status quo and trend of MRO market in the paper firstly, which drew out the background and importance of this job. The relative theories are introduced in chapter 2. After that, this paper analyses the old work quota of X Factory, and points out the main problems in the old system. By means of work study, which contains methods study and work measurement, this paper advances a new system of work quota.The purpose of this paper is to find a way for the design of maintenance's work quota, which is different from the manufacturing work quota. And I hope this paper will be helpful for the further development of the enterprise. |
