With the standard building energy conservation is executed forcible in china, more and more new model wall body materials spring up unceasingly. Changes take place in building structure and building system. The platform basing on intelligence home is becoming more and more perfect. Systematic research on new model intelligence home becomes popular around the universities, designing institutes and the enterprises.As most of the groups who study one part of the systematic intelligence home system, this paper take the intelligence home as a subsystem of smart-home construction. As the characteristic that the function of the intelligence home is perfecting and developing constantly. First is analysis the intelligence home environment, to build a home information system model by carefully research into Handle various family inner information synthetically and analyze every family inner information correlation and flow direction. Then to realize family inside information's management , application and the communication with society information system. At present there is no rational integrated function division in the intelligence home system. According to the Relation among information subsystems and I/O information rate of flow, this paper build the loads value among the information system and take it as family function division's judging value. Then to bring up an Algorithm of function loads equalization graph partitioning method based on the Optimum principle. The Algorithm Reduce intelligent system information net source point quantities gradually by carve up the source point branch in proper order. Finally actualize network's loads equalization. According to the relation of function modules, This article give the mathematics describes to four function module: Family entertainment,Home information administration,Safety keeps watch a family,Safety keeps watch a family,Home equipment controlled. Take a model that can describe relationships among function modules. Provide a basis for concretely studying to each function modules.
