With the development of society, the traditional weighing scales have already hardly met the demands. Accompanying with the modern sensor techniques, electronics technique and the computer technique quick development, the electronics weighing scales advanced by leaps and bounds of development.Sensor is called the heart parts in the electronics weighing scales. It has a great influence on the result. Therefore, sensor plays a great role in the high-precision electronics weighing scale. At the same time, there is non-linearity between signals acquisition through sensors and their corresponding true value, therefore, linearization of the output, adjusting the nonlinearity error or researching nonlinearity of sensor is an important subject. To eliminate or weak the influence of interference signals and improve the system precise, this paper adopts a method of micro computer recognized sector characteristics of curve logically, to decide the self adaptation interval partition and times of fitting multinomial.In this paper, with the high-quality sensor, the high performance Delta-Sigma ADC, the high performance MCU and software algorithmic, the high-precision electronics weighing scale made a resolution of 1:100,000.
