Application of new technology in military control system get gradual popularized while the rapid development achieved in electronic technology and computer technology these years. As the improvement of automatic level, this system is getting more and more dependent on sensor which playing the determinant role.Resolver/Synchro with high environmental adaptability is always adopted in military and special field as a shaft-position sensor element. It is necessary to appraise the performance of Resolver/Synchro which has function between output signal and input signal in order to protect the quality. Automatic test analysis equipment must be built since the original manual testing equipment couldn't meet the demands for massive testing any more.The paper gives a exhaustive demonstration and error analysis on the basis of test scheme, systemic element, test process and data processing based on equipment analysis at home and abroad analysis. Automatic test analysis equipment with Chinese characteristics is finally developed. Success in development of the system is proved by calibration of system input and output signal and contrast to forepassed manual test result. Quadruple efficiency is available which testified by performance test of 32 pole two speed resolver.Establishment of the test system laid the groundwork for complete test such as environment, reliability, and etc. And also found a way to enhance quality control and precision.
