The Model Research On Digital Manufacturing Environment Of Workshop Based On UML

Digital manufacturing is the developing direction of the future manufacturing industry, which is the crucial problem to be solved to the modeling of digital manufacturing at present. Although there are some module of digital manufacturing proposed according to different views by so many experts, they can only realize part of function, and are not of perfect, because of the hard of technology.To avoid the difficult of modeling the process of digital manufacturing, this thesis try to establish the module of manufacturing environment ,and make a new try of method for realizing the share of manufacturing industry resource and information, the setup of digital manufacturing module. There are few literature of the digital manufacturing module, and so the research.By seeing about the produce actives of the digital workshop, this thesis taking the manufacturing environment of workshop and analyze constituent element and relation, establishing the static and dynamic module using the Rational Rose a tool which supporting the unite modeling language UML. The frondose implement step is that: first, establishes the Use Case fig of environment system in accordance with the proposed target function, of which on the basis identifies and makes sure the basic object and classes. Then designs the property,method,operation of these object and class and draws the object class fig. And ascertains the behaviors and actives between the classes by analyzing the relationship of object and class, reflects the behavior between classes and affects which puts on by drawing active figure,sequence figure,state figure of this system. At last draws the composing figure and deploy figure which reflects the factual physical constituent of workshop.The producing workshop environment system is a complex and orient-object database system, and it combines the technology of the orient-object programmer and database. The orient-object programmer is a whole new programmer method, which uses the event-drive way and radically changes the tradition programmer mode. The basic idea is that: establishing object corresponding to concrete application and founds the concrete application program by combining these object, which brings many very good characteristic to the programmer.On the condition that supporting the visual orient-object, designs the user interface of environment first, which includes the user logging,enrolling,main running interface according to the established UML module of environment system. Then sets up the database of this system in VB by using programming method according to the designed database structure of the module. Last, realizes the database data operation function of environment system which includes querying,adding,modifying,deleting by programming and debugging, the handling function of the failure equipment, and partly function of the attmpering of producing task.Because of the complexity, the environment system this paper has established should be more perfect, such as the realize of the attempering arithmetic and the network of this system and so. The very good application foreground of environment makes the furthermore of this paper more significative.
